Registration

The registration fee including course material and banquet is EUR 600.
After 1st of June 2012 the fee will be EUR 800.
A limited number of scholarships for the registration fee is available for graduate students.

Note: Unfortunately our scholarship quota is now full (7.5.2012).

Registration instructions:

We advise that you to prepare your contact and payment information before you start the registration process.

Step I - Registration

1. Start by clicking the "Fill in form"-button.

2. All the fields marked with stars are obligatory, and you cannot move onto the next stage until they are completed.

3. Please check that your e-mail address is correct, as all the correspondence will be sent to the address you provide.

4. Submit your registration by clicking the "Send form"-button.

Note: If you are applying for student scholarship, your registration ends here. You will soon receive an automatic confirmation message to your email about your registration. We will also contact you as soon as possible by email for further information about the scholarship application.

Step II - Payment

5. Select the payment method and click the "Proceed with payment"-button.

5.1. If you have chosen one of the online payment methods, Internet Banking or Credit Card payment, then you will be redirected to finish your payment through their respective sites.

5.2. If you have chosen an offline payment method, Invoice or Bank Transfer, then make sure you click "yes" I want my organization to be invoiced/save or print your Bank Transfer form and remember to click "continue".

(optional) It is also possible to finish your payment later if you click "Save and continue later". If choosing this you are able to get back to the payment selection by following the link in the confirmation mail that you have received after submitting your registration form.

NOTE! Your registration will not be valid until you have paid your registration fee.

To register in the event you do not have to log into the system.

Note: Selecting "Cancel" during the registration process will delete your registration. In that case the automatic confirmation message sent to your email is false and you can not use the link to go back to your registration form.
